HOW TO ENROL...

Step 1:
Click on the tab below to enrol online
Click the ENROL button on the main page



Step 2:
Our Administrator will contact you after you have registered online with us.
We will need to verify the following information with you:

1. Days of care you require
2. Your Child's Immunisation Certificate
3. Answer any questions you may have



 

 

 

 

MEDICAL FORMS

Please complete the appropriate form required for your child.

You must print it off and complete it. Please give to the staff at the Centre your child will be attending. Hard copies are available at centre.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•Please ensure you include your CRN number (Customer Reference Number) for you and your child. This number is issued from Centrelink. Have this information ready when you enrol.

• Please ensure you have contacted Centrelink if you child has NOT been in care for over 6 months. This will ensure your account is active with Centrelink.
• Once you have enrolled with us you can attend our other Centres for Vacation Care or Before School Care. Please notify our Administrator if you require these services.
